Depending on the context, we process personal data to take pre-contractual steps, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, establish or defend legal claims, and, where required, based on consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

We collect data directly from you through forms, email, WhatsApp, calls, and support channels. We also collect technical and security data automatically when you visit the site or submit forms.

We may share data with service providers that help us host the site, protect forms, operate CRM and messaging workflows, send emails, measure basic performance, and provide sourcing, fulfillment, logistics, or support services.

ScaleShip uses strictly necessary security and form technologies. Meta Pixel and related advertising measurement technologies are disabled by default and do not load until you click Start application with the consent box checked or allow measurement on this page.

The application consent box is initially checked. Clicking Start application records your choice for the data processing and advertising measurement described beside the box. If unchecked, the application does not start and an explanatory message appears. Displaying a checked box alone does not record a new advertising permission. Your choice is stored on your device; you can withdraw permission using Decline on this page.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including application review, follow-up, support, legal obligations, dispute handling, security logs, and backups. Data that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or isolated according to operational requirements.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and information about processing or transfers. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
